Until you start working out or playing sport, you will not be aware of or let alone acknowledge the magic there is in bananas to refuel and re-energize you into taking another set or going another mile. Not to mention their storage or carriage convenience, you could store them anywhere and they will remain safe under their skin. Eating bananas is even more convenient you do not get dripped on and all of that messy stuff. Surely this is a cliché.



Weight Loss

A lot of times we try to lose weight by dieting and lifting dumbbells forgetting that it's not in starving yourself but maintaining good food intake and workouts. If you're struggling with an eating disorder, bananas, especially the nearing ripening ones, have got a resistant starch which helps
